Description
  • Newly synthesized diketo-pyrrolo-pyrroles end substituted derivatives are ideal candidates for optical characteristics studies. In fact optical processes adapted specifically to each different derivative afforded the determination of specific optical properties depending on pendent group attached to newly synthesized molecule ends. Indeed 1 photons absorption (1PA) effects on emission spectra were determined and analysed to be compared also with the 2photon absortbtion. The amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) of particular DPP derivatives was studies too for the purpose of solid state laser technics and materials.
