Description
  • Various advanced syntheses of polyfunctional macromonomers, polymers and thin nanostructural polymer layers are particularly employed. From the environmental point of view, it is therefore essential to monitor the toxicological and ecotoxicological impact of synthetic polymeric material. This study is focused on ecotoxicological evaluation of selected esters of acrylic and methacrylic acids. Two basic types of ecotoxicological biotests can be distinquished (the acute toxicity tests and chronic toxicity tests). Test can be also classified into the fallowing categories: standard and alternative tests. Standard tests are approved by OECD. Alternative test were implemented later on, they comform requirements on laboratories better. Their correlation with standatd tests has been proved.

  • Jsou neustále vyvíjeny nové polyfunkční makromonomery polymery a tenkovrstevné polymery. Z environmentálního hlediska je proto nutné hodnotit toxikologické a ekotoxikologické vlastnosti vybraných esterů akrylových a metakrylových kyselin. Rozlišují se dva typy základních ekotoxikologických biotestů (testy akutní a chronické toxicity). Testy mohou být dále klasifikován ydo dvou následujících kategorií: standardní a alternativní testy. Standardní testy jsou schváleny OECD. Alternstivní testy byly zavdeny později pro jejich komfortnější užívání v laboratoři. Je sledována jejich korelace se standardními testy. (cs)
