  • Humic acids (HA) are the main components of humic substances. The content of low and higher molecular components of humic acids can be determined by fluorescence spectroscopy. Samples of humic acids were isolated from South Moravian lignite with using alkaline extraction with NaOH and Na4P2O7 (standard procedure). In this work were discussed results from synchronous scan at setting of (delta lambda)=20 nm lignitic humic acids samples and two standards Fluka and Leonardite humic acids (IHSS).

  • Huminové kyseliny (HA) jsou hlavní složkou huminových látek. Přítomnost nízkomolekulkárních a vysokomolekulárních složek v soustavě lze sledovat pomocí fluorescenční spektroskopie. Vzorky huminových kyselin byly izolovány z jihomoravského lignitu alkalickou extrakcí s použitím roztoku NaOH a Na4P2O7 (standardní postup).V této práci jsou shrnuty výsledky synchronního měření fluorescence (SFS)při konstantním nastavení (delta lambda)=20 nm. Metodou SFS (Synchronou fluorescence spectroscopy) byly měřeny vzoorky lignitických huminových kyselin a dva standardy Fluka a Leonardite humic acids (IHSS). (cs)
