Description	This paper deals with the thermodynamic properties of a system of products of the reaction of air with copper. Unlike the results that have been published up to now, this system is assumed to contain species in the condensed state. The system is supposed to be in thermodynamic equilibrium for temperatures ranging from ambient temperature to 4000 K. The thermodynamic properties are obtained directly from the equilibrium composition and the thermochemical properties of the species. The occurrence of condensed species and their phase transformations considerably affect the composition and thermodynamic properties of the system. The calculated data are in agreement with the published data, which are the results of measurement and observation, but the calculated data cover an incomparably wider region of pressures, temperatures and amounts of copper in the system.
