  • This article deals with the embedded control system design using an FPGA device Xilinx Spartan-3an. This system uses a microblaze soft processor core. This article explains the components of an embedded system, FPGA vendors, and the embedded processors which we can use to assemble a system. This article also deals with the software used in embedded system; it scans all the steps of hardware portion architecture of embedded system using Xilinx Platform Studio (XPS). This paper also shows how create a bitstream using PlanAhead that is necessary with hardware for download the project to FPGA and programming the memory. This paper also explained how can export project to SDK (software development kit) for writing a file C or C++ that tests and control the pins of Board FPGA.
