  • Práce popisuje problematiku elektrochemického chování různých topologií tlustovrstvých elektrochemických senzorů. V práci byly pomocí DC voltametrie v roztoku ferro-ferrikyanidu draselného zkoumány vlastnosti pracovních a referenčních elektrod na základě vyhodnocování proudové odezvy a polohy potenciálů píků. K tomuto účelu bylo vytvořeno několik různě velkých elektrod vyrobených z Ag, Au a Pt. Vliv velikosti plochy pracovní elektrody běžného elektrochemického senzoru na výstupní proudovou odezvu byl proměřen vůči komerční Ag/AgCl referenční a Pt pomocné elektrodě. Jak jsme se domnívali, výsledek potvrdil Levičovu rovnici pro pevné elektrody. Vliv velikosti plochy referenční elektrody běžného elektrochemického senzoru na výstupní proudovou odezvu a potenciál píku byl proměřen vůči komerční Au pracovní a Pt pomocné elektrodě ve dvouelektrodovém a tříelektrodovém systému měření.   • A problem of electrochemical behavior of different topologies of thick-film electrochemical sensors is described in this paper. In this paper, there were examined properties of working and reference electrodes by output current response and peak potential using DC voltammetry and potassium ferro-ferricyanide solution. For this purpose, there were made several electrodes containing different sized working electrode area made of Ag, Au and Pt. The influence of working electrode area size of common electrochemical sensor to output current response was measured against commercial Ag/AgCl reference and Pt auxiliary electrode in three electrode system. As we supposed, the results confirmed the Levic equation for solid electrodes. The influence of Ag reference electrode area size of common electrochemical sensor to output current response and to peak potential was measured against commercial Au working and Pt auxiliary electrode in two and three electrode system of measurement.
