Description	Tento papír popisuje nějaké přístupy k odhadu spolehlivosti MV horních rozvodných sítí. Jedna možnost pro vyjádření spolehlivost je finanční přístup. Tento přístup má výhodu že spolehlivostní výsledek je ukázaný v penězích proto to může být pochopitelný pro širší veřejnost. To může být také snadno užívanému pro nějaké ekonomické rozhodování. Hlavní akcent v tomto papíru je daný na oceňování spolehlivost použitím zaručených úrovní dodávky proudu souvislost při odhadujících penalizačních platbách výdaje , který má být placený distribuční společností k jednotlivým spotřebitelům následkem porušení tyto zaručené úrovně. Tyto výdaje srovnávaný s očekávanými náklady na energii ne dodávanými. (cs) This paper describes some approaches to the assessment of the reliability of MV overhead distribution networks. One possibility for expressing the reliability is financial approach. This approach has the advantage that reliability result is shown in money that is why it can be understandable for wider public. It can be also easy used for some economic decision making. The main accent in this paper is put on assessing the reliability by using the guaranteed standards of electricity supply continuity when estimating the penalty payment costs to be paid by the distribution company to individual consumers as a result of breaching these guaranteed standards. These costs are compared with expected costs of energy not supplied. This paper describes some approaches to the assessment of the reliability of MV overhead distribution networks.
