  • Magnetronové naprašování v naší práci používáme k vytváření pasivačních vrstev fotovoltaických článků. Pro pasivaci povrchů touto technologií je charakteristická vysoká rychlost depozice s přesně definovanou tloušťkou.Díky této metodě je možné deponovat hlavní používané materiály ve fotovoltaice SiNx, SiO2 a dále např. AlN nebo Al2O3. Cílem práce je snižování povrchové rekombinace a optických parametrů solárních článků ve spolupráci s firmou Solartec s.r.o. (cs)
