Description
  • We constructed new device with surface modified microelectrodes (interdigitated electrodes – IDEs, microdisc and ring electrodes). Our techniques of nanomachining applied in the surface modification are based on a template preparation and the electrodeposition techniques to obtain surface modification with desired material. The high ordered nanopillars or nanotubes respectively were grown on the surface of microelectrodes.

Naše techniky nanomechanizování aplikovaná v modifikaci povrchů jsou založeny na přípravě masky a elektrodepozičních technikách s cílem obdržet modifikovaný povrch z požadovaného materiálu. (cs)
