Description
| - In this paper is described experimental time domain dielectric relaxation spectroscopy of test dielectric sample. This workplace is based on Keithley 617 electrometer. The introduction chapter deals in electrical parameters of dielectric materials, important to explore their features to requested use. The second chapter contains the measuring techniques of these parameters in frequency and time domain and shows available equipment of our department, as used graphical programming language for operating of all measuring. The third chapter connects test dielectric sample event. In the finish chapter are valorized the features of existing experimental measurement.
