  • Vytvoření členitého povrchu je velice důležité pro efektivní zvětšení aktivní plochy mikrosenzoru, protože tím vzrůstá jeho citlivost. Tohoto zvětšení (tedy úpravy povrchu) lze dosáhnout různými způsoby, ale nejjednodušší a nejméně nákladnou technologií je metoda elektrodepozice pomocí masky. Tato metoda má dvě fáze: výroba masky z Al2O3, přes kterou lze nanostruktury vytvářet, a následný růst samotných nanostruktur. (cs)
  • A new method of fabricating sensing elements of microsensors is describet. The method consists in producing nanostructures on active areas of the microsensors. Firstly, nanoporous alumina which serves as a template is created on the active areas. Then the nanopores in the template are filled with a metal by electrodeposition. After dissolving the template, highly ardered nanostructures are obtained.
