Description
  • The electrodynamic forces caused by the short-circuit currents in low voltage circuit breakers are not only used for moving the arc into the quenching chamber but they also provide a good opportunity to affect the movement of the contact in the opening phase. The first part of this contribution contains theoretical analysis that describes effects of electrodynamic forces on the parts of the current-carrying conductor. Special attention is focused on the influence of current strait between the contacts. Performed calculations of forces are analysed in the next part. The forces are calculated by the finite element method (FEM). The computer program ANSYS is used.

  • Elektrodynamické síly v nízkopěťových jističích, které jsou vyvolané zkratovými proudy, se využívají nejen pro pohyb oblouku do zhášecí komory, ale také poskytují dobrou příležitost k ovlivnění pohybu kontaktu při otevírání. První část tohoto příspěvku obsahuje teoretickou analýzu, která popisuje působení elektrodynamických sil na části proudovodné dráhy. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována vlivu proudové úžiny mezi kontakty. Zpracované výpočty sil jsou analyzovány v další části. Síly jsou počítány metodou kkonečných prvků (MKP) - počítačový program ANSYS. (cs)
