  • Miniature electrochemical sensors can be produced using thick film technology. Fabrication technology optimization of thick film sensors, the adjustment of optimal technological properties and especially the optimal properties of thick film electrode materials are main problems of sensor design. The thick film electrochemical sensors are usually made from commercial pastes which are originally developed for other applications. The producers' recommended firing temperature and time of firing for each passte are not optimal for electrochemical sensors. The output signal of electrochemical sensors increasing can be obtained by firing temperature and time varying. Some aspects about this problem are discussed in this paper.

  • Miniatura elektrochemické senzory mohou být vyprodukované používání tlusté vrstvy technologie. Zhotovení technologie optimalizační tlusté vrstvy senzory, úprava optimálních technologických nemovitostí a zvláště optimálních nemovitostí tlusté vrstvy elektroda materiály jsou hlavní problémy senzoru design. Tlustá vrstva elektrochemické senzory jsou obvykle udělaný z komerčních past, kterých jsou původně vyvinutý pro další aplikaci. Producenti doporučili vypalovací teplotu a dobu střelby pro každé těsto neejsou optimální pro elektrochemické senzory. Výkon znamení elektrochemických senzorů zvýšení moct být získán vypalovací teplotou a časem proměnným. Některé aspekty o tomto problému jsou diskutované v tomto papíru. (cs)
