Description
| - The procedure of producing metal nanowires or nanotubes is described. The composition of the used bath and the conditions during the electrodeposition process affect the physical and mechanical properties of the metal deposit. The parameters, which have the most significant impact on the properties of deposit, are the temperature of the bath, the pH, impurities, the current density, and the concentration of the solution. The length of nanostructures depends on the plating speed hence several experimentts on copper samples were performed in order to find out how the weight of the deposit depends on the time of deposition and the current density. The result of the plating speed examination is that the weight of the deposit is continually proportional toboth time and current density. The nanostructures have been examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).

- V článku je popsán proces vytváření kovových nanotyčinek nebo nanotrubiček. Složení použité lázně a podmínky během elektrodepozice ovlivňuje fyzikální a mechanické vlastnosti kovového depozitu. Parametry, které mají největší vliv na vlastnosti depozitu, jsou teplotalázně, pH, nečistoty proudová hustota a koncetrace roztoku. Délka nanostruktur závisí na pokovovací rychlosti, proto některé experimenty na Cu vzorcích byly vytvořeny, aby byly nalezenojak váha depozitu závisí na času a proudové hustotě. Výssledkem zjištění pokovovací rychlosti je, že váha depozitu je přímo úměrná času a proudové hustotě. Nanostruktury byly analyzovány skenovací elektronovou mikroskopií (SEM). (cs)
