Description	Cet article présente une méthode efficace de diagnostic de systemes a événements discrets par un automate temporisé. Le modele de fautes est implémenté dans l'automate temporisé ou les états de fautes additionnels sont inclus. Une phase d'identification est effectuée pour trouver la trajectoire et les parametres temporels du modele dynamique. L'identification est nécessaire pour le mode normal et pour chaque faute considérée. Une méthode d’analyse arriere est proposée permettant effectuer dans une deuxieme phase, le diagnostic. Cette approche est basée sur le chemin inverse qui localise le défaut. Cette méthode peut etre appliquée a un systeme dynamique et ne nécessite pas des mesures d'entrée/sortie. Dans cet article, ses différentes phases sont illustrées sur un exemple de systeme remplissage a deux réservoirs. This paper presents an effective diagnosis method of discrete–event systems by a timed automaton. The model of the faults is implemented in the timed automaton with additional faulty states. An identification task is carried out to find trajectory and temporal parameters of dynamic model. The identification is needed for faultless mode and for each considered fault. A backward time analysis is performed to reach the result of the diagnosis. This proposed approach is based on reverse path, which locates the faults. This method could be applied to a dynamic system and does not require any input and output measurements. In this paper, the method is illustrated by an example of two–tank system. (en)
