Description
  • Adheze (přilnavost) mezi povlakem a substrátem je obvykle rozhodujícím faktorem pro užitné vlastnosti povlakovaných strojních dílců. Metod, které byly vyvinuty pro její hodnocení, je několik desítek (většinou se ovšem jedná pouze o varianty téže metody)
  • Adhesion between the coating and the substrate is usually the decisive factor in the utility properties of coated machine parts. Methods developed for its evaluation can be counted in tens (in most cases, however, they are variants of one and the same method) and some of them have been standardized. Most of the results published up to date are, however, ambiguous and therefore it is reasonable to try to find new methods of measuring the quantities related to adhesion strength. The paper deals with the development of a %22new%22 method of evaluating adhesion strength. The method is based on the impact of a rigid projectile on the substrate/coating system, in which a shock wave is thus initiated, which subsequently separates the coating from the substrate. The problems of evaluating adhesion strength by means of projectile impact on the substrate/coating system will be discussed in detail. (en)
