Description	Při traumatologických poškozeních loketního kloubu dochází k poškození nebo ulomení dosedacích ploch, které vedou k jejich chirurgickému odstranění. Tento zákrok nezpůsobí ztrátu jeho funkčnosti, ale zmenší délku předloketních kostí, což způsobí bolesti v zápěstí. Cílem lékařů je navržení dílčí aloplastiky odstraňující nežádoucí účinky. V příspěvku je uveden návrh geometrie konečnoprvkového modelu loketního spojení a výpočtový model loketního kloubu s částečnou proximální náhradou radiální kosti v MKP a Souterovy totální endoprotézy loketního spojení. (cs) Upon the initiative of the medical team at Traumatological Hospital in Brno, efforts are invested to create possible partial joint replacements of the proximal end of the radius and also proper design of Souter's endoprothesis in the elbow articulation that would suitably replace the patient's missing bone tissue and, at the same time, to preserve the same functionality of the radio-humeral connection. This paper speaks about potential geometrical and computational models of a partial joint replacement, Souter's implant and their stress analysis.
