  • Within this work an initial study was conducted focusing on the comparison of mechanical properties of the undamaged spinal segment of the segment after decompression and that stabilized by the DYNESYS implants. The problem area was solved by means of experimental modelling applying the ZWICK testing machine where loading for several statuses of the spinal segment was simulated. While utilizing the capacities of the testing machine, a special device for the simulation of flexion-extension motion was constructed.

  • V této práci byla provedena úvodní studie, jež si kladla za cíl srovnat mechanické vlastnosti páteřního segmentu neporušeného a po stabilizaci implantátem DYNESYS. Problematika byla řešena experimentálním modelováním s využitím zkušebního stroje ZWICK, na kterém byly simulovány zatížení pro několik stavů páteřního segmentu. Byl zkonstruován speciální přípravek pro simulaci flexního a extenzního pohybu při využití možností zkušebního stroje. (cs)
