  • V příspěvku je pozornost zaměřena zejména na relativně univerzální metody, které nachází široké uplatnění při studiu struktury materiálů. Cílem tohoto příspěvku není popis těchto metod (předpokládáme, že je všeobecně známý), ale spíše poukázat na některé z jejich omezení a problémy, které se mohou vyskytnout při studiu nanoobjektů (v porovnání s jejich běžnými aplikacemi v oblastech mikro-nebo mezostruktur, ve kterých jsou tyto %22univerzální%22 přístroje standardně používány).   • In the present paper, attention is focused on the relatively universal methods with a wide range of applicability in the study of structure aspects. The aim of the paper is not describing these methods (general knowledge of their principle is assumed) but pointing at some of their limitations and pitfalls that can appear in the study of nanobjects (in contrast with their current application in the micro-or mezo-regions).
