  • The best energy is saved energy. Everybody agrees. Developed countries call for energy savings but deliver to developing countries old technologies, which are not used in the US or EU any more. It is business as we can often hear. On the other hand, new technologies are too expensive for third world. Are there ways to solve this problem?
