  • Mechanické vlastnosti Izotermicky zušlechtěné litiny s kuličkovým grafitem , tzv. ADI (Austempered Ductile Iron), jejíž matrice obsahovala bainitický ferit a 30 - 35% stabilizvaného austenitu, byly testovány pomocí statické zkoušky v tahu a zkoušky lomové houževnatosti v rozmezí teplot - 196C až 200C. Teplotní závislost skutečného lomového napětí, tažnosti a kontrakce je rozdělena do třech oblastí s rozdílným lomovým chováním. Teplotní závislost meze kluzu definované plastickou deformací od 0,02 do 22 % je nepravidelná a je z zde zřejmá transformace stabilizovaného austnenitu na deformačně indukovaný martezit během zatěžování při napětích nižších než je mez kluzu. V důsledku transformace stabilizovaného austenitu na deformačne indukovaný martenzitse zvyšuje tvrdost materiálu. V několika případech byl také pomocí mikrorentgenografické fázové analýzy zjištěn úbytek podílu stabilizovaného austenitu po zatížení. V případě vyššího podílu stabilizovaného austenitu ve struktuře ADI bylo také zjištěno zv (cs)
  • Tensile tests and fracture thoughness tests of an unalloyed austempered ductile cast iron (ADI) with the matrix created by upper bainite and containing 30 to 35% of retained austenite were performed in a temperature range - 196C to + 200C to study its mechanical behaviour. The temperature depnedence of true fracture stress, elongation to fracture, and reduction of area is separated into three regions with different fracture behaviour. Unmonotonous temperature depnedence of yeld points defined by plasticc strain of 0.05 to 2% is evidence of the stress induced phase transformation of retained austenite into martensite before these values of plastic strain are reached. The transformation of retained austenite is also substantiated with an increase of hardness and in several cases the decrease of retained austenite content was directly determined with X-ray quantitative phase analysis. Also higher values of dynamic than of static fracture thoughness are evidence of unusual behviour of ADI due to retained
