| - Předmětem této práce je doplnění poznatků o únavovém chování izotermicky zušlechtěné litiny s kuličkovým grafitem, tzv. ADI. Litina s kuličkovým grafitem se již zařadila do všech významných odvětví strojírenského průmyslu. V poslední době začala nahrazovat odlitky z litiny s lupínkovým grafitem i odlitky z oceli, a to i v případě cyklicky namáhaných součástí jako např. ozubená kola, klikové nebo vačkové hřídele . Při cyklickém zatěžování dochází k nevratným změnám vlastností materiálu a při určitém ppočtu cyklů vzniká únavový lom, ke kterému dochází nad mezí únavy. Pro určení Wöhlerovy křivky a meze únavy materiálu se běžně používá soubor 12-ti až 15-ti zkušebních těles, odebraných z různých míst odlitého kýlového bloku. Mez únavy materiálu ovlivňuje mnoho činitelů mezi něž také patří vady, jako řediny a nečistoty, které vznikají při odlévání. Pro správné určení mechanických vlastností materiálu je proto důležité, v jakém směru a z jakého místa odlitého kýlového bloku, byl zkušební vzorek ode (cs)
- The aim of this work is to complete knowledges about the fatigue behaviour of an isothermaly heat treated nodular cast iron, so-called ADI. The nodular cast iron ranks to all important branches of engineering industry already. Recently, it startsto substitute casts of grey cast iron and steel as well, even in the event of cyclically loaded components e.g gears, crankshafts or half-time shafts [1,2]. During cycling, an irreversible process of mechanical properties happens. The fatigue fraacture is initiated at an specific cycle count when the working stress is higher than the fatigue limit. For Wöhler´s curves and the fatigue limit determination is usually used a group of 12 to 15 specimens, which are removed from different places of a cast keel block. The fatigue limit of the material is influenced by many factors, which count defects as shrinkage porosity and impurities as well, which are formed during casting.
