  • During operational conditions of internal combustion turbines of turbojet engines, the impeller blades are stressed by load cycles which vary in time, temperature and stress. In the course of operation, the blades are exposed to a considerable number ofdegradation effects, particularly high-temperature corrosion, fatigue processes and creep. Operational conditions of heat parts, used in gas turbines and turbo-compressors, were simulated by creep tests of Inconel 713 LC nickel superalloy during a connstant load of temperatures ranging from 750 up to 950%22aC. Changes in the structure dependent upon time, temperature and stress applied were analysed by means of light and electron microscopy methods after the fracture of test bars.

  • V provozních podmínkách spalovacích turbín proudových motorů jsou lopatky oběžných kol namáhány časově, teplotně a napěťově proměnnými cykly zatěžování. Během provozu jsou lopatky vystaveny řadě degradačních vlivů, zejména vysokoteplotní korozi, úna-vovým procesům a creepu. Creepovými zkouškami niklové superslitiny Inconel 713 LC při konstantním zatížení v rozsahu teplot 750 až 950°C byly modelovány provozní podmínky žárových částí, používaných v plynových turbinách a turbokompresorech. Po lomu zkušeebních tyčí byly metodami světelné a elektronové mikroskopie analyzovány změny ve struktuře v závislosti na době, teplotě a aplikovaném napětí. (cs)
