Description
  • Causes of a transversal crack in a steel slab by means of two numerical models. The light microscopy and the scanning electron microscopy have been applied for determination of metallographic structure of steal. There has been found out, that the cross cracking is characterized of high macroheterogenity of manganese, carbon and sulphur. The cause of cross cracking have been explained by means of a thermokinetic calculation of a slab transient temperature field.

  • Příčiny vzniku příčné trhliny v ocelové bramě jsou řešeny pomocí dvou numerických modelů. Optický a scanovací elektronický mikroskop je použit pro stanovení metalografické struktury oceli. Ukazuje se, že trhlina je charakterizována vysokou makroheterogenitou manganu, uhlíku a síry. Vznik trhliny je vysvětlován termokinetickým výpočtem nestacionárního teplotního pole bramy. (cs)
