Description	Correlation of laser speckle fields generated by light of two different wavelengths, which illuminates succesively a randomly rough surface, is solved theoretically within the framework of the scalar Kirchhoff theory of wave scattering from random roughsurfaces. The Fresnel approximation is used in description of scattered wave. The solution is used for surface roughness measurement by means of the digital processing of corresponding specklegrams. (en) Korelace laserových polí koherenční zrnitosti vytvořených postupným osvětlením náhodně drsného povrchu světlem dvou různých vlnových délek je řešena teoreticky v rámci skalární Kirchhoffovy teorie rozptylu vln na náhodně drsných površích.Při popisu rozptýlené vlny je použita Fresnelova aproximace. Získané řešení je příspěvkem ke skalární Kirchhoffově teorii rozptylu elektromagnetických vln na náhodně drsných površích. Je prezentováno použití tohoto řešení na měření drsnosti povrchů pomocí digitálního zppracování odpovídajících specklegramů. (cs)
