Description	A process is not absolute entity. It is a functional structure of any activity. Process characters are relative, dynamic and integral to environment. A procedure is a predetermined way of activity transformation from state to another. Procedures, especially formalized(written) one are the only means for archieving process objectives. The technology is a process chain model, which expresses the characters, tools, elements and functional events during object transformation process. At operation initial stage, the technology is integrated into the process cell environmental input/output. The system environment is not only its defined area, but also the area of the process.
