  • Z důvodu volby nejlepší varianty návrhu rekonstrukce, je třeba připravit studii o několika navrhovaných řešeních a vzájemně je porovnat. Není pochyb, že investor a příští uživatel stavby bude mít odlišná kritéria než provádějící stavební firma. Firma bude hledat technologie s nižšími pracnostmi a náklady na dopravu materiálů. Na druhé straně investor a jeho projektant mohou uvažovat s nadstandardními řešeními z hlediska charakteristik konstrukčních prvků a estetických řeešní. Technické vlastnosti lze poosuzovat dosaženými hodnotami ve fyzikálních jednotkách. Pro jiná kritéria (na příklad estetická) je nutno zavést bodové hodnocení. Řešení pak včetně ekonomických kritérií využívá metody vícekriteriální analýzy. (cs)
  • For the sake of choosing the best variant of a reconstruction, it is necessary to prepare a study of several variants and to compare each with the others. There is no doubt that an investor or a future user of the building will have different requirements for construction and structural members to be repaired then a firm providing the building works. The firm carrying out the structure will be looking for technologies and building procedures that require less work and man-power but also low costs of traansport of materials. On the other hand, the investor and his architect may consider the above-standard technical characteristics and aesthetic fetures of the construction. As for the technical features, we have to consider the criteria that may be evaluated by means of physical units - and another type of criteria (for instance aesthetic ones) that are expressed by number of points. To solve this problem, we applied a method of multicriterial analysis.
