Description
  • Building thermal insulation has a key importance in lowering the energy intensity which results in restricting the gas, soot and dust emissions with a direct influence on improvements regarding the living environment. Nowadays, these problems are especially important with respect to negative impacts of the global warming and also in terms of conditions comprised within the Kyoto's protocol. The paper focuses on the research and development of the sanitation and thermal insulation silicate-based procedures which might be used for thermal insulations of new as well as historical buildings and also for saving the buildings loaded with an increased humidity effect. It is basically related to thermal-insulating plasters with a high porosity which can be applied also for thermal insulations of objects being exposed to the increased humidity influence. The relevant thermal-insulating plasters are developed upon the classic silicate base utilizing lime as the main binder which contributes to achieving the de
