Description
| - Discrete control algorithms, which rely upon constant period of processing inputs and outputs, are often applied even if constant scan period is not fully guaranteed. Although disturbances of the scan period that can occur on real hardware platforms can cause significantly worse performance of the control loop in comparison to theoretical case, they are usually not considered. In this paper, we are trying to point out that the problems with the scan-period variance can be partially removed by mathematical means if a hybrid control law is used, working at discrete steps but using a continuous-time model for state estimation and determination of the control output. Such an implementation of a controller may be natural for easily available hardware platforms such as personal or industrial computers.

- Diskrétní algoritmy řízení, které se spoléhají na konstantní periodu vzrokování, jsou často aplikovány i v případech kdy konstantní perioda není zcela garantována. Ačkoliv poruchy periody vzorkování, které se vyskytují na reálných hardwarových platformách, mohou způsobit výrazně horší výkonnost řídicí smyčky v porovnání s teoretickým případem, obvykle nejsou uvažovány. V článku se snažíme ukázat, že problémy s nederminističností periody vzorkování mohou být částečně odstraněny, jestliže je použit hybridní zákon řízení, který pracuje v diskrétních krocích, ale využívá spojitý model pro estimaci stavu a určení akčního výstupu.
