Description	Employees' satisfaction is important to preserve and secure information. Satisfaction reduces staff turnover, so it reduces the risk of transmission of information from former employees and competitors to exploit these data, and positively affects the productivity and profitability indicators. The problem is: how to assess satisfaction, because the subjective criteria of the evaluator play an important role. This article describes the methodology of workers satisfaction. The goal is to quantify the measures of satisfaction of workers and to allow its construction with regard to the specific needs of a specific firm. The proposed indicator has been empirically verified.The results were obtained in 2003 and in 2009. The results indicate: this indicator has a meaningful value, but over the years it is necessary to updated sub-indicators and their weights, because they reflect the current economic situation.
