Description	Snižování objemu municipálního odpadu a jeho biologicky odbouratelné složky má své souvislosti legislativní, ekonomické, environmentální a sociální a je problémem mnoha evropských regionů. V posledních letech je věnována pozornost různým možnostem logistiky separace a sběru s technickými alternativami řešení těchto materiálových toků. V příspěvku je presentována možnost využít modelování pomocí Petriho sítí s cílem nalézt variantu řešení, která by minimalizovala vlivy na ŽP a zároveň maximalizovala zužitkování této složky municipálního odpadu. (cs) Reducing the volume of municipal waste and its biologically degradable component has its legislative, economic, environmental and social context and is a problem of many European regions. In recent years, various possibilities of separation, logistics and collection with technical alternatives of these material flows solutions have been focused. The paper presents the possibility to use modelling with the help of Petri nets with the aim to find a solution which would minimize the impact on environment and maximize utilization of this component of municipal waste.
