  • This work deals with characterization of fenolic compounds in various classes of Czech beers and hop extracts using reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry. Separation method for characterization of prenylflavonoids and hop bitter acids has been developed. Individual compounds have been identified based on their mass spectra.
