| - The detonation velocity and performance by cylinder expansion tests were determined for four mixtures of triacetone triperoxide (3,3,6,6,9,9-hexamethyl-1,2,4,5,7,8-hexoxonane, TATP), ammonium nitrate (AN) and water (W). The composition of these mixtures varied in the following ranges: 21-31% TATP, 37-54% AN and 19-32% W. The obtained results were compared with those of powdery 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT), ammonium nitrate-fuel oil explosive (ANFO) and emulsion explosive. It was found that the tested TATP/AN/W mixtures represent typical non-ideal explosives with relatively low critical diameter and high sensitivity to initiation despite of high content of water due to a presence of primary explosive (TATP). The detonation velocity is comparable to that of powdery TNT (at the similar density).

- Detonační rychlosti a pracovní schopnosti čtyř směsí triacetontriperoxid (3,3,6,6,9,9-hexamethyl-1,2,4,5,7,8-hexoxonan, TATP) s dusičnanem amonným (AN) a vodou (W) byly stanoveny pomocí cylindr-expanzního testu. Složení směsí se pohybovalo v následujících rozmezích: 21-31% TATP, 37-54% AN a 19-32% W. Získané výsledky byly porovnány s obdobnými výsledky práškového 2,4,6-trinitrotoluenu (TNT), výbušin na bázi AN-topný olej (ANFO) a emulzní výbušiny. Bylo nalezeno, že testované TATP/AN/W směsi reprezentují typické neideální výbušiny s relativně nízkým kritickým průměrem a vysokou citlivostí k iniciaci navzdory vysokému obsahu vody ? důvodem je přítomnost primární výbušiny TATP. Detonační rychlost nálože TATP/AN/W je porovnatelná s toutéž práškového TNT o stejné nábojové hustotě. (cs)
