  • Staphylococcus aureus je schopen produkovat enterotoxiny, které způsobují alimentární onemocnění. Intoxikace jsou způsobeny konzumací jídla obsahující tyto enterotoxiny. SEs jsou velmi nebezpečné, neboť se vyskytují v potravině i když je bakterie již usmrcena. Cíl této práce byl vyvinout rychlou a citlivou metodu pro detekci stafylokokového enterotoxinu H pomocí metody ELISA. ELISA je biochemická metoda která je používaná převážně v imunologii a detekuje přítomnost protilátky nebo antigenu ve vzorcích. (cs)
  • Bacteries of Staphylococcus aureus produce toxins, which can provoke alimentary intoxication. Intoxication is caused by consummation of food containing a toxic dose of Staphylococcal enterotoxins (SEs). SEs are very dangerous because they could stay in the food even when the bacteria of Staphylococcus aureus are dead. The aim of this study was to develop a fast and sensitive method for detection of Staphylococcal enterotoxin H using ELISA method. ELISA is a biochemical technique used mainly in immunology to detect the presence of an antibody or an antigen in samples.
