  • Limity přesnosti a intervalové odhady při kalibraci 1-hydroxypyrenu v moči a hexachlorbenzenu ve vodě aplikací regresního tripletu na chromatografická data byly provedeny programem QCEXPERT. Limita detekce a limita kvantifikace spolu s kritickou urovní byly vyhodnoceny na základě opakovaných meření v kalibračním grafu. Kalibrační graf byl analyzován lineární regresí s využitím regresního tripletu (kritika dat, kritika modelu a kritika metody). Ukázalo se, že odlehlé hodnoty kalibračního grafu silně ovlivňují limitu detekce a intervalový odhad neznámé koncentrace ve vzorku a je třeba jim proto věnovat pozornost. (cs)

However, since the standard deviation depends on concentration, these single concentration techniques result in limits that are directly dependent on spiking concentration. A more rigorous approach requires at first careful attention to the three components of the regression triplet (data, model, method), examining (a) the data quality of the proposed model; (b) the model quality; (c) the LS method to be used for a fulfilment of all least squares assumptions.
