Description
  • Anticorrosion pigments were synthesized from oxides or carbonates at high temperature. These pigments were synthesized: TiO2.ZnO, 2TiO2.ZnO, TiO2.2ZnO, TiO2.MgO, TiO2.CaO, TiO2.ZnO.MgO, and TiO2.ZnO.SrO. The obtained pigments were characterized by means of X-fray diffraction analysis, measurement of particle sizes and scanning electron microscopy. The synthesized anticorrosion pigments were used to produce epoxy coatings with PVC = 10 % for a synthesized pigment. The coatings were tested for physical-mechanical properties and in corrosion atmospheres. The corrosion tests results were compared with alumino zinc phosphomolybdate.

  • Antikorozní pigmenty byly syntetizovány vysokoteplotním způsobem z oxidů nebo uhličitanů. Byly syntetizovány pigmenty: TiO2.ZnO, 2TiO2.ZnO, TiO2.2ZnO, TiO2.MgO, TiO2.CaO, TiO2.ZnO.MgO, TiO2.ZnO.SrO. Připravené pigmenty byly charakterizovány pomocí rentgenové difrakční analýzy, měřením distribuce velikostí částic a skenovací elektronovou mikroskopií. Se syntetizovanými antikorozními pigmenty byly připraveny epoxidové nátěry s hodnotou PVC = 10 % pro syntetizovaný pigment. S nátěry byly provedeny testy na fyzikálně mechanické vlastnosti a testy v korozních atmosférách. Výsledky z korozních testů byly porovnány s fosfomolybdenanem hlinitozinečnatým. (cs)
