  • Příspěvek se zabývá procesem identifikace nositelů hodnoty pro zákazníka jako základu pro uplatnění strategie individualizovaného řízení vztahů se zákazníky diferencovaného podle strategické hodnoty zákazníků pro podnik. Je v něm rozpracován proces analýzy zákazníků vedoucí k odhalení hybných sil hodnoty pro zákazníka. U každé fáze analýzy zákazníků jsou pak specifikovány vhodné metody, které vedou k odhalení nejen očekávaných, ale zejména latentních potřeb a požadavků zákazníků na jednotlivé složky nabídky, které hrají při jejich rozhodování o koupi prioritní úlohu. Identifikace nositelů hodnoty pro zákazníky je tak základem pro zvyšování prosperity a konkurenceschopnosti firem. (cs)
  • The paper deals with the process of the customer value drivers? identification as a basis for applying the strategy of individualized customer relationship management differentiated according to the strategic customer value for an enterprise. The paper distinguishes the process of customer analysis issuing in revealing the motive forces for a customer. At every stage of the customer analysis the suitable methods are specified and thus lead to the revelation of not only expected but also latent customers´ needs and requirements for particular offer components playing the priority part during a customer?s purchase decision-making process. Thus, the identification of customer value drivers is the basis for enhancing the prosperity and competitive strengths of an enterprise.
