  • Byla vyvinuta metoda stanovení sodíku, draslíku a horčíku v krmných směsích pomocí plamenové atomové absorpční spektrometrie po jejich extrakci v prostředí směsi kyselin podporované ultrazvukem, které vede ke snížení nákladů a zkrácení doby analýzy. Byl studován vliv složení směsi kyselin, doby, teploty a množství vzorku na účinnost vyluhování a vyhodnocen za účelem nalezení optimálních pracovních podmínek. Metoda založená na extrakci a FAAS je vhodná pro stanovení Na a K v krmných směsích (návratnost pro Na 97 ? 101%, K 97 ? 102%). (cs)
  • To improve the speed, at low of cost, method of analysis of animal feedstuff for sodium, potassium and magnesium by ultrasonic-assisted leaching with mixture of strong acids prior to analysis by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) was proposed. The influence of acid mixture composition, time, temperature and sample mass on the leaching recovery was examined in order to find out the most suitable working conditions. The leaching method showed to be the suitable extraction procedure for FAAS determinations of Na and K contents in feed mixtures (recovery for Na 97 ? 101%, K 97 ? 102%).
