| Description
| - Významnou součástí systémů environmentálního managementu (EMS) je povinnost vytvořit, zavést a udržovat postupy pro environmentální komunikaci podniku se zainteresovanými stranami. Jedná se jak o zajištění interní komunikace mezi různými úrovněmi a funkcemi organizace, tak i o zajištění reakce na zásadní podněty od externích zainteresovaných stran. Způsob environmentální komunikace přitom závisí na organizaci. Cílem tohoto příspěvku je analyzovat stávající stav v oblasti externího environmentálního reportingu v podnicích v České republice, které mají zaveden EMS. Pozornost je zaměřena především na to, jak významné jsou jednotlivé zainteresované strany pro proces tvorby externí environmentální komunikace a zda podniky zjišťují jejich informační potřeby. Velký prostor je věnován způsobu zveřejňování environmentálních informací ? tedy environmentálním zprávám. Příspěvek vychází z výsledků výzkumu, který byl v České republice realizován v roce 2005. - Duty to establish, implement and maintain a procedure for environmental communication of company with interested parties is an important part of the environmental management systems (EMS). It is used both provision of the internal communication among the various levels and functions of organization and receiving, documenting and responding to relevant communication from external stakeholders. Recently interest is focused first of all on environmental communication with external stakeholders. The paper is aimed on analysis of the present state of the external environmental reporting in the Czech Republic and especially on companies with EMS. The paper considers first of all significance of the individual stakeholders for the procedure of external environmental communication and if enterprises trace information needs of external stakeholders.
