| Description
| - The important factor to be respected by chemical companies is the environment protection. EMS presents significant activities in the field of environment protection on the company level. In addition to the process of establishment of EMS, chemical industry enterprises in the Czech Republic also take the initiative in becoming involved in Responsible Care (RC) programme. In the second half of 2005, research in the field of management systems and RC programme in chemical industry enterprises was conducted. The research was carried out by University of Pardubice in cooperation with Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic. The main objective of the research was to analyze the current status of implementation of management systems and RC programme in chemical industry enterprises. In the paper, selected results of this research conducted in the field of environmental management systems and RC programme are summarized.

- Významným faktorem, který musí podniky chemického průmyslu respektovat v posledních letech stále více, se stává ochrana životního prostředí. EMS představují na úrovni organizací významnou aktivitu na ochranu životního prostředí. Vedle budování EMS se české podniky chemického průmyslu velmi iniciativně zapojují i do programu Responsible Care (RC). V druhé polovině roku 2005 byl realizován výzkum v oblasti systémů managementu a programu RC v podnicích chemického průmyslu. Výzkum provedla Univerzita Pardubice ve spolupráci se Svazem chemického průmyslu ČR. Hlavním cílem výzkumu bylo analyzovat současný stav implementace systémů řízení a programu RC v podnicích chemického průmyslu. V příspěvku jsou shrnuty vybrané výsledky tohoto výzkumu v oblasti systémů environmentálního managementu a v oblasti programu RC. (cs)
