| - Nově vyvinuté magnetické mikro-a nanopartikule s definovanou hydrofobicitou a porozitou byly použity pro přípravu magnetických enzymových reaktorů. Magnetické partikule s imobilizovanými enzymy trypsinem, chymotrypsinem, papinem a neuraminidázou byly použity pro studium struktury heterogenních glykoproteinů. Byly optimalizovány parametry, jako je typ nosiče, způsob imobilizace, opeační a skladovací stabilita a experimentální podmínky. (cs)
