  • Byla studována strukturní relaxace ve vztahu k viskozitnímu chování podchlazených tavenin. Objemová a entalpická relaxace GeySe100-y (y = 0,8 a 10) a GeyS100-y (y = 38 a 40) skel byla studována pomocí délkové dilatometrie, rtuťové dilatometrie a kalorimetrie. Objemová i entalpická relaxace byly studovány za izotermních i neizotermních podmínek. Bylo zjištěno, že časy potřebné k dosažení rovnováhy jsou pro objemové a entalpické relaxační experimenty prakticky shodné. Relaxační chování studovaných chalkogenidových skel bylo popsáno pomocí Tool-Narayanaswamy-Moynihanova modelu a byly též určeny parametry tohoto modelu ? zdánlivá aktivační energie, parametr neexponenciality, parametr nelinearity x a předexponenciální faktor A. Objemová i entalpická relaxace byly uspokojivě popsány pro stejnou sadu TNM parametrů. Bylo zjištěno, že zdánlivá aktivační energie TNM modelu je pro studované materiály blízká aktivační energii viskózního toku. (cs)
  • The structural relaxation of chalcogenide glasses related to the viscosity behaviour of their undercooled liquids was studied. The volume and enthalpy relaxation of GeySe100-y (y =0,8 and 10) and GeyS100-y (y = 38 and 40) glasses was studied by using length dilatometry, mercury dilatometry and calorimetry. Both volume and enthalpy relaxation were studied under isothermal and non-isothermal conditions. It was found that the equilibrium time scale of relaxation experiments are practically same for both volume and enthalpy relaxation. Relaxation behaviour of studied chalcogenide glasses was described by Tool-Narayanaswamy-Moynihan model and the parameters of this model (effective activation energy, parameter of non­exponentiality, parameter of nonlinearity x and pre­exponencial factor A) were determined. The volume and enthalpy relaxation can be sufficiently well predicted by using the same set of TNM parameters.
