  • Byl studován vliv významných parametrů, jako např. počáteční koncentrace roztoku, tlakový rozdíl nad a pod membránou a typ membrány, na základní charakteristiky nanofiltrace (intenzita toku permeátu a rejekce). Měření rejekce soli bylo prováděno pro různé koncentrace NaCl a MgSO4. Výsledky experimentů ukazují, že v případě testovacích roztoků lze rozšířený Spiegler-Kedemův vztah použít pro předpověď závislosti rejekce na koncentraci nástřiku a intenzitě toku permeátu. Měření rejekce s jednoduchými roztoky NaCl a MgSO4 zřetelně poukazují i na vliv koncentrace a valence iontu na rejekci. V důsledku Donnanova jevu jsou pak koncentrace vodného roztoku barviva a NaCl určující pro rejekci každé komponenty. (cs)
  • The process of desalination of aqueous dye-salt solutions by polymeric nanofiltration membranes using commercially available modules was studied. The influence of dye and salt concentration on the salt rejection and flux as well as comparison of individual NF membranes for desalting purposes is presented. Extended Spiegler-Kedem model including Donnan exclusion mechanism and the term of concentration dependence of salt permeability was used for prediction of salt rejection. The experimental results show negative salt rejections during the desalination and the influence of this phenomenon on permeate flux. It was also shown that the model could sufficiently predict salt rejections even at high concentration typical for desalting process.
