  • Navlhávací schopnost a její rychlost suchého papírenského materiálu - není závisla na složení materiálu z hlediska použití primárních nebo sekundárních vláken, ale závisí na porozitních vlastnostech složek ve vlastním papíru. Modifikace povrchových vlastností tohoto materiálu, např. klížením, hraje důležitou roli v navlhacím procesu. Vliv klížení na navlhání papírenských materiálů je komplikovaný a silně závislý na relativní vlhkosti okolního prostředí. (cs)
  • Hygroscopicity of dry paper matter including the velocity to achieve the equilibrium humidity is not determined by material composition - in the view of content of primary or secondary fibres - but is also influenced by porosity properties of these components in the final paper matter. Modification of surface-molecular properties of pore walls at paper material, e.g. changed by sizing process, plays an important role during moistening process. Influence of sizing upon hygroscopicity of paper pointed that process is more complicated and strongly depended on relative humidity of atmosphere.
