Description	Ames test belongs to routine tests of genotoxicity/mutagenicity of various substances. It is used in air, water, soil, biomass and waste testing, evaluation of mutagenicity of bio transformational products in body of human and animals. Regression of histidine production ability and therefore normal prototrophic growth on medium without histidine comes due to influence of mutagen. Students probed manipulation with bacteria tribes, application of low concentrated mutagens into cultures and taking their effect away.
