Description
  • E-photosynthesis is a web software for maintanance, annotation, browsing and analysis of differential computational models representing biochemical and biophysical processes underlying photosynthesis. Software allows visualization of models, precise annotation of biological terms related to models, model creation from predefined module templates, model manipulation and basic simulation of model dynamics. Models can be exported in terms of standard format files reflecting SBML level 2. Application is composed from the front-end part -- the PHP-based web user interface, and the back-end part -- the MySQL database and simulation software.
