| - Mashups represent - beside the ease-of-use, high interactivity and social networking factors - another significant phenomenon of Web 2.0. However, this %22mashing process%22 is mostly based upon ad-hoc approaches and techniques, rather than upon an in-depth analysis of the %22mashing potential%22 of the services. Therefore, the first goal of this paper is to provide a conceptual foundation for the mashups - to identify services being typically integrated into mashups, and propose classification criteria forming a %22Mash-Tree%22 that were subsequently applied to selected services - representatives of each classification category. We concentrate mainly on mashing of Web 2.0 services; integration in an enterprise environment is behind the scope of this paper. Secondly, the mashing potential is studied from three perspectives - technical aspects of mashability, business models for mashups, and potential legal issues concerning services themselves as well as the data in them. - Mashups představují - kromě snadnosti použití, vysoké míry interaktivity a sociálních aspektů - další významný fenomén Webu 2.0. Tvorba mashups je ale dnes založená spíše na ad-hoc řešeních a technikách, než na podrobné analýze potenciálu služeb pro tento způsob použití. Prvním cílem tohoto příspěvku je proto vytvoření konceptuálních základů pro tvorbu mashups - identifikovat služby, které jsou do mashups typicky integrovány, spolu s klasifikací, která může být na jednotlivé služby následně aplikována. Cílovou skupinou byly přitom služby Webu 2.0; integrace podnikových systémů je mimo záběr tohoto příspěvku. Druhým cílem byla studie existujících služeb ze tří úhlů pohledu - technologického, obchodního a právního. Věříme, že navržená konceptualizace může spolu s provedenou analýzou pomoci vytvářet Web 2.0 mashups, které budou nejen lépe naplňovat očekávání investorů, ale budou také respektovat právní aspekty a budou vhodně řešené i z technického hlediska.
