  • Cytokinins influence a large variety of developmental and physiological processes in plants. Proteomic analysis to characterize cytokinin-associated proteins was performed. Differential expression studies revealed the presence of several proteins showing significant qualitative and quantitative changes. Proteins of interest were identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight (MALDI-TOF) mass spectrometry.
