  • Za účelem charakterizování mechanických vlastností rozhraní mezi tenkou vrstvou transparentního SiOxCyHz, nanášeného v plazmatu na polykarbonátových podložkách, byla použita metoda DSI (Depth Sensing Indentation). Ukazuje se, že tato metoda je schopna charakterizovat lomovou houževnatost tenkých vrstev v závislosti na různých fyzikálních parametrech plazmatu a vybrat z nich ty nejvhodnější. (cs)
