Description
  • Jedná se o separaci mikrocystinů pomocí CEC v sol-gel monolitických kolonách. (cs)
  • Microcystins belong to a group of monocyclic peptide toxins produced by some cyanobacterial strains. Microcystins are hepatotoxic heptapeptides and have been found to be strong inhibitors of protein phosphatese (type 1 and 2A) and general tumor promoters. They are extremely stable and resistant. These compounds can induce toxocity in seafood or freshwater organisms at very low levels. They are also presented in drinking water reservoirs. Due to the adverse biological and human health effects there is a demand of sensitive method for their detection and determination. In recent years the most employed methods are high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and capillary electrophoresis (CE) with UV or mass spectrometry detection. Other possibility is capillary electrochromatography as a modern technique that comprises the main features of CE and HPLC. Thus it seems a promising technique for such application. In this work we concern with electrochromatographic separation of the most abundant cyanobact
